On 28 October 2026, at the Gold Coast, Australia, ZENE’s Youshan Meidi Villa in Beijing won CEDIA Asia Pacific Best Integrated Home Level III. It is ZENE’s first whole-home integration award since 2007.
The theme is Beyond What You See. Cinema, lighting, control and interiors were designed together, and the system stays out of the way of daily life. The photographs show the cinema, living room, stair, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom, and the rack, labels, control cabinet, wall keypads, trophy and awards night.
Partners on the project include Control4, Wisdom Audio, Lutron and Waterfall. CEDIA lists the winner as Zene Private Theater, Youshan Meidi Villa (China).
